Station Issue Ongoing
The accessible mini high-level platforms at Beverly Depot will be closed for replacement through Summer 2024. Please board trains from the temporary boarding areas.
To cross the tracks, please use the pedestrian crossing in front of the Beverly Depot restaurant. Passengers may also consider travel to/from Salem station. MBTA Bus #451 provides accessible service to Salem from Cabot Street in Beverly.

Service Change
From July 5th to August 5th, Zone 1A fares, including Zone 1A monthly passes, are accepted for travel to and from any station on the Newburyport/Rockport Line to accommodate passengers during the Sumner Tunnel closure.
Zone 1A monthly passes are accepted for travel to or from any station on the Newburyport/Rockport Line for the entire month of July.

On Thursday, July 4th, for Independence Day, the Commuter Rail will operate on a weekend schedule. Travel will be free on trains scheduled to arrive or depart North/South Station after 9:30pm. Bikes will not be allowed on board trains after 9:30 pm.MBTA.com/holidays
The last trains on the Rockport, Haverhill, Lowell, Fitchburg, Franklin, Providence, Fairmount, Middleborough and Kingston Line trains will hold up to 30 minutes after the end of the fireworks if necessary. Trains will depart no later than 12:15 am.
