Fitting rationale update
An improvement to the gain prescription for Sonic proprietary rationales, Best FitFast and Best Fit Fast SE, allows a smoother match-to-target and more flexibility tofine-tune the lower frequency bands for Open or OpenBass dome fittings.
MySpeech Analyzerupdate
An update to the consent and privacy policy regarding Data Logging Pro’s MySpeechAnalyzer feature.
New - Remember volume settings
The client can adjust their preferred volume settings for programs, and the volumesetting will be saved automatically. The functionality can be enabled in EXPRESSfitPro or by the users themselves via the Sonic SoundLink 3 app version 1.2. Onlyavailable for Sonic Radiant SE hearing aids with firmware version 1.1.0.
New - Sound equalizer settings in Data Logging Pro
EXPRESSfit Pro’s data logging tool will display the user’s current Sound equalizersettings stored in their SoundLink 3 app version 1.2. The fitting software will notifythe hearing care professional of any adjustments when connecting the hearing aids,which can be used to provide more targeted individual fittings. Only available forSonic Radiant SE hearing aids with firmware version 1.1.0.
Note!The fitting software will no longer support the NOAHlink and FittingLINK 3 programming devices.
Radiant SE Firmware Update 1.1.0

New Radiant SE firmware 1.1.0 supports the newly released improvements in the EXPRESSfit Pro 2023.2 software. It also enables new SoundLink 3 app version 1.2 features such as:
- Sound equalizer – allows the user to fine tune the sound coming through the hearing aid microphones for a personalized sound.
- Remember volume settings – the app will remember the volume and equalizer settings that the user has made.
- Hearing Data – allows the user to set wear time goals and monitor daily wear time via the app.
- Widgets for AndroidTM – the user can add widgets to the home screen of an Android phone.
Note! Upgrading Radiant SE hearing instruments to firmware 1.1.0 requires the EXPRESSfit Pro 2023.2 fitting software. It is highly recommended that users get this new firmware update at their next follow-up visit.

Additional measurement levels in Real Ear Fit
In 2022.2, an additional measurement level for real ear measurements (REM) in Real Ear Fit has been added. Soft levels (input levels of 50 and 55 dB) and loud levels (input levels of 75 and 80 dB) can now be chosen for REM modules when using the inter module communication protocol 2 (IMC2). Furthermore, 55 dB has been added as a soft level when using Verifit®LINK(loud and moderate input levels of 75 dB and 65 dB remain unchanged). Soft and loud levels are configurable in Preferences.
Transfer of targets from Real Ear Fit to IMC2 compatible REM systems
REM targets from the proprietary fitting rationales can now be transferred from EXPRESSfitPro to IMC2 compatible REM systems. This makes it possible to verify against Best Fit Fast fitting rationales, optimizing the fitting and enhancing the overall experience for the patient.
Transfer of audiogram and fitting parameters from EXPRESSfitProto Verifit
Patient audiograms and fitting parameters can now be transferred from EXPRESSfitPro to the Verifit1 or Verifit2. This removes the need to manually enter the data directly into the Verifit, which reduces the risk of errors.
Firmware update 1.4 for true hands-free calls
Radiant miniRITE and miniBTE hearing aids with firmware 1.3 offer hands-free communication with iPhone and iPad devices. Wireless firmware update version 1.4 enables push button functionality so users can accept, end, or reject calls with the simple press of the hearing aid push button.
New acoustic coupling option for miniBTE
EXPRESSfitPro supports a new acoustic coupling option for the Radiant miniBTE. Joining the existing 0.9 mm thin tube, it is now possible to fit1.3 mm thin tubeson the Radiant miniBTE T and miniBTE T R. This discreet option provides more output than the 0.9 mm tubing if needed.

Firmware update for existing Radiant hearing aids
- Firmware update version 1.3 enables hands-free communication in existing Radiant hearing aids with select iPhones and iPads.
